Cadillac wanted to deploy a campaign to three different types of their customers - Active, Dormant and Prospects.
A multi-layered campaign was deployed with the sole intention of harvesting different data from each type of customer. This ranged from why they used Cadillac to what products they bought from their competitors.
Not only has this lead to several previously dormant customers placing repeat orders, but the sales team have valuable data on how best to service each of their existing clients.
