B&M has developed a versatile self-manage software platform that enables rapid deployment of mobile applications using internet, SMS, MMS, WAP and Bluetooth technologies.
Together with our Mobile partner we have developed a new tool which makes all your marketing programs, brochures, promotions, advertising, in-store marketing, database building and loyalty programs much more effective. It redefines the way you interact with customers and extends your marketing reach and capability in ways you could only dream of.
An interactive 2 way i-platform which integrates SMS, Coupons, WAP, Email and other rich media elements in a message and delivers it to a mobile phone or other device when a user requests it.
Optionally distributes any timed promotions you want to make through Twitter, Facebook and voucher sites of the Times and Guardian on-line as well as many others.
Allows your customers to set up specific product or offer requests that they want from you, allowing you to respond at any time or spot early trends.
The vendor sets up an short code and key word together on the B&M System, which together with a ‘call to action’ will be printed onto an advert, brochure, window display or any other printed marketing item. An automated response message associated with that particular marketing item is also set up. This automated response message can be a voucher, update information, a PDF’s, WAP links and pictures or multi level conversations (eg. to book at table, appointment, reserve a product item or any other automated flow).
A mobile phone user interacts with your printed advertising, brochure or promotion etc by texting in the keyword. At that point the automated response from the system is triggered and causes three system actions to occur;
To the customer: The automated response described above, is delivered to the customers phone.
To you -the vendor: A notification of an interaction with your marketing piece the moment an interaction occurs. The systems delivers the customer phone number together with any specific information from the customer (eg. Booking times or product requests).
The Database: A full record of all incoming numbers and messages are grouped into a database for future use.
